The CPC is very excited to be participating in the Creative Chicago Expo that will take place on Friday March 1 and Saturday March 2, 2013, (10am-4pm) at the Chicago Cultural Center.
In other Printmaking news...
Here's an update on our current Traditional Etching class instructed by Duffy O'Connor and assisted by CPC intern Eunji Kim.
So far, the class has addressed proper etching processes and how to apply various techniques to their prints. For example, use of line, how to apply ground, aquatint, stop-out, chine-collé and even how to make oil based ink from scratch.. to name a few..
