No matter what one's station in life, the Danse Macabre unites all. Come celebrate life, death and the printmaker's historically-inspired, yet contemporary expression of printed matter at the CPC this coming Saturday. Outrageous and scary costumes encouraged. We promise really sugary, potentially lethal skull candy.

Meet our new interns, Patrick and Eunji.
HELLO!!! I’m Patrick Herndon
I am from the Chicagoland area, from the suburb of La Grange. This is my first year back and living in
the city, and I'm really looking forward to exploring what great things the city can offer a young artist. I missed Chicago while I was the good
ol' deep South so I’m back and ready to get to work. My focuses are printmaking, painting and installation at SAIC. My specialties in printmaking are lithography
and relief.
It is a great pleasure to meet you all. I am a ‘legal’ alien from Korea, and I came to the US in 2007. Chicago is my second
home in the US. I just graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in August 2012, majoring
in Art and Biology, and moved to Chicago this past month. I love to
work with wood, ceramics and a few types of plastics, both in a sculptural and in a two-dimensional way. As a just toddler printmaker, I am in love with the relief printmaking process. Because of this, there should be so many exciting things to learn from
the artists at CPC, and I am happily looking forward to meeting you!
